The Master Meditation.

 

Meditation is a much talked about subject in today’s Stressed Society and we are always on the look out for effective Meditation techniques.

 

Well, we are all inherently blessed to be downloaded with the best form of meditation, the Master of all meditations which we take for granted called SLEEP !

 

When we practice this Meditation in the way Nature intended, it can be the biggest Stress buster, Detoxifier, Rejuvenator and the Elixir for all illness.

This Meditation has many stages and steps.  When we sleep our Muscles relax,  the Blood supply to muscles increases, Body temperature and Blood pressure drop, all our body cells undergo repair, get recharged and our body’s energy restored.

During Sleep, our body is “paralysed” but our brain is most active, trying to even work out the life solutions we are seeking, hence the adage, “Sleep on it” !

While we sleep, the body secretes many hormones that affect Growth, regulate Energy and control our Metabolic function. Growth Hormone which contributes to childhood growth and helps regulate Fat and Muscle mass in adults is also secreted during Sleep. The key hormones involved in Reproduction are also released during Sleep. The cycles of sleep affect secretion of hormones which influence Weight and Appetite. Lack of quality sleep therefore has been found to have profound implications also on Obesity, Hypertension and Diabetes which has reached epidemic proportions in recent years.

 

So, it makes healthy sense to empower this inherent, self programmed Master Meditation which requires no other technology to learn and has the added bonus of being Free of charge!
